Implica diversas tecnologías del internet de las cosas como sensores en los colectores de residuos, un algoritmo inteligente de ruteo y un sistema de comunicaciones capaz de comunicar las salidas del algoritmo a los diversos vehículos, proyecta el ahorro de recursos como tiempo, personal, combustible y otros en beneficio de la comuna trujillana en este caso.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research is developed in the context of a smart city collecting data from the city of Trujillo regarding the problem of solid waste collection. This paper introduces an intelligent routing algorithm based on genetic algorithms, artificial intelligence solution; takes as input the data that supplies the waste collectors, execute the selection, crossing and mutation operators, evolve the solutions obtained and finds an acceptable solution to the problem. It involves various technologies of the internet of things such as sensors in waste collectors, an intelligent routing algorithm and a communications system capable of to communicate the outputs of the algorithm to the various vehicles, projects the saving of resources such as time, personnel, fuel and others for the benefit of the trujillians in this case.]]></p></abstract>
