En este artículo se propone un modelo conceptual de gestión de costos logísticos ambientales en la cadena de suministros de combustibles y lubricantes, que tiene como propósito que en cada ciclo de gestión se logre la disminución progresiva de las pérdidas asociadas a derrames físicos y evaporaciones en la manipulación/conservación de dichos materiales. Se validaron sus componentes a partir de su funcionamiento en la cadena de suministros de combustibles y lubricantes, para lo que se utilizó un análisis factorial. Como principal resultado se presenta un modelo conceptual que sintetiza las áreas, variables, actores, la cuantificación de los costos en términos de eficiencia y pérdidas, entradas y salidas, de la gestión de costos logísticos ambientales en la cadena de suministros de estas sustancias.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The traditional scientific literature acknowledges the existence of models of logistic cost management and environmental cost management; however, no theoretical proposals have been made for their integration. In this article, a conceptual model of environmental logistic cost management is recommended for the fuel and lubricant supply chain, whose purpose is to achieve a gradual decrease of losses linked to spills and evaporations during manipulation and preservation in each management cycle. Accordingly, their components were validated by factorial analysis, depending on their role within the supply chain of fuels and lubricants. As a result, a conceptual model that synthesizes areas, variables, actors, cost quantification in terms of efficiency/loss and inputs/outputs of environmental logistic cost management within the supply chain was designed.]]></p></abstract>
