Este artículo está dirigido a investigadores, consultores gerenciales y empresarios necesitados de analizar la situación actual de sus organizaciones con respecto a las fisuras que presentan. Se muestra el abordaje del diagnóstico organizacional como una herramienta esencial y se propone un procedimiento compuesto por tres fases que garantiza mayor rigor y robustez en este proceso y, con ello, la mejora en el desempeño.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The analysis from an integral conception of the organization allows to improve the effectiveness of the decisions based on the continuous improvement of its processes and results. The article is aimed at researchers, management consultants and entrepreneurs in need of improving the diagnostic of their organizations. The organizational diagnosis approach is shown as an essential tool and a procedure composed of three phases is proposed that guarantees greater rigor and robustness in this process and with it the performance improvement.]]></p></abstract>
