Merrill, variedad Incasoy-27, se desarrolló un experimento en la época de primavera (abril-julio del 2012) en un suelo Pardo Sialítico del municipio Bayamo. Se utilizó un diseño de bloques al azar con tres réplicas y 7 tratamientos (las dosis de 2, 4 y 6 t ha-1 de humus de lombriz 20; 40 y 60 t ha-1 de estiércol vacuno y un control absoluto sin aplicación de abonos). En madurez de cosecha se tomó una muestra de 10 plantas por parcela y se evaluaron los indicadores: número de vainas por planta, número de semillas por planta, peso de 100 semillas (g) y se estimó el rendimiento agrícola (t ha-1). Los datos fueron procesados mediante análisis de varianza de clasificación doble y, en caso de diferencia significativa entre tratamientos, se empleó la prueba de Tukey en la comparación de las medias. Los resultados mostraron un efecto positivo de las diferentes dosis de ambos abonos aplicados, reflejado en el rendimiento y sus componentes, destacándose el humus de lombriz en la dosis de 6 t ha-1 con incrementos del rendimiento respecto al control de 1,77 t ha-1.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT To know the effects of different doses of earthworm humus and bovine manure on the main performance indicators of the soybean crop, Glycine max (L.) Merrill, variety Incasoy-27, an experiment was developed in the spring season (April - July 2012) on a Cambisol soil of the Bayamo municipality. In harvest maturity a sample of 10 plants per plot was taken and were evaluated the following indicators: number of pods per plant, number of grains per plant, weight of 100 seeds (g) and agricultural yield was estimated (t ha-1). The data were processed by analysis of variance of double classification and, in case of significant difference between treatments; the Tukey test was used in the comparison of the means. The results showed a positive effect of the different doses of both fertilizers applied, reflected in the yield and its components, highlighting the earthworm humus in the dose of 6 t ha-1 with increases of the yield of 1.77 t ha-1 respect to the control.]]></p></abstract>
