Para ello, se realizó una investigación documental, de carácter exploratorio y enfoque cualitativo, por medio del análisis del Plan Nacional de Posgrado (PNPG 2011-2020), Plan Nacional de Educación (PNE 2014-2024), Plan Estatal de Educación de Bahía (PEE 2016-2026) y del Plan de Desarrollo Institucional (PDI UNEB 2017-2022). El estudio evidencia la relevancia de la articulación de las políticas públicas macro con las estrategias institucionales, así como las posibilidades que se abren en el contexto amplio de la UNEB para el desarrollo educativo y, consecuentemente, económico y social de los territorios.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research aims to situate the interiorization process of postgraduate studies (stricto sensu) in Brazil inside of educational public policies context, identifying the main strategies adopted by the University of Bahia State (UNEB). It is applied documental research of exploratory aspect and qualitative approach based on the analysis of National Plan of Postgraduate Courses (PNPG 2011-2020), National Plan of Education (PNE 2014-2024), State Plan of Education of Bahia (PEE 2016-2026), and Plan of Institutional Development (PDI UNEB 2017-2022). This study highlights the relevance of macro public policies articulation with the institutional strategies, the possibilities which emerge in the broad context of UNEB for the educational development, and, consequently economic and social development of territories.]]></p></abstract>
