Se trata de un modelo que se sostiene en una plataforma digital de encuesta. En ella los docenes valoran y evalúan lo aplicado en sus clases, luego del perfeccionamiento cursado. Mediante la base de datos incorporada en el modelo se pudieron recopilar y procesar las respuestas de los docentes. Los resultados evidencian que el modelo de monitoreo se perfila como una instancia que permite transitar de la reflexión intuitiva a la crítica constructiva y sistemática. Además, permite obtener datos, juzgar lo transferido por el docente en las aulas universitarias, con el fin de tomar decisiones y mejorar el proceso de enseñanza y de aprendizaje en la Educación Superior.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This article presents the results of the application of a model of self-evaluation, transfer and monitoring of academic improvement of a Chilean public university. It is a model that is supported by a digital survey platform. In it, they value and evaluate what is applied in their classes, after the improvement they have completed. Through the database incorporated in the model, the answers of the academics could be collected and processed. The results shows that the monitoring model is emerging as an instance that allows a transition from intuitive reflection to constructive and systematic criticism. In addition, it allows obtaining data, judging what is transferred by the teacher in university classrooms, in order to make decisions and improve the teaching and learning process in Higher Education.]]></p></abstract>
