Desde la perspectiva metodológica, la presente investigación se realiza con el enfoque cuantitativo. El tipo de investigación es básica con diseño descriptivo. La muestra fue aleatoria y se consideró a 99 trabajadores de una universidad privada de Lima. El instrumento empleado fue uno adaptado. Los datos recolectados fueron analizados mediante el programa estadístico SPSS. Conclusiones: los resultados del estudio evidencian una percepción alta de Balance Scorecard en los trabajadores de una universidad privada. Es decir, la mayoría considera que hay una buena visión estratégica de la gestión de la institución.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to determine the level of perception of the Balanced Scorecard among employees of a private university in Lima, 2020. From the methodological perspective, this research is carried out with a quantitative approach. The type of research is basic with a descriptive design. The sample was random and 99 employees of a private university in Lima were considered. The instrument used was an adapted one. The data collected were analysed using the SPSS statistical programme. Conclusions: The results of the study show a high perception of the Balance Scorecard among the employees of a private university. In other words, most of them consider that there is a good strategic vision of the institution's management.]]></p></abstract>
