Es significativo el control de las emociones partiendo de la inteligencia tanto interpersonal como intrapersonal, la empatía entre sus compañeros de clase, la facilidad para trabajar en equipo, el respeto de las formas de pensar, vivir y actuar. Un buen control de la inteligencia emocional permite establecer relaciones de amistad, trabajo, estudios, de saber comportarse, manejar sus diferentes estados de ánimo y sentimientos. La inteligencia emocional es un elemento medular para el éxito académico, laboral y para la vida cotidiana en general.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT To make decisions, emotions are an essential axis and a path created to achieve a positive change in the training of students for their personal and professional success, which is why educational institutions play an important role to enhance education and learning based on of the recognition of students' emotions and universities are not immune to this process. The control of emotions based on both interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligence, empathy among classmates, ease of working as a team, respect for ways of thinking, living and acting is significant. Good control of emotional intelligence allows you to establish relationships of friendship, work, studies, knowing how to behave, and manage your different moods and feelings. Emotional intelligence is a core element for academic, work and daily life success in general.]]></p></abstract>
