<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S0258-59362021000400005&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S0258-59362021000400005&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S0258-59362021000400005&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La investigación se realizó en la Unidad Científico Tecnológica de Base &#8220;Los Palacios&#8221;, en los meses de febrero y marzo de 2020, con el objetivo de evaluar el efecto de la aplicación del biofertilizante EcoMic® en semillero tecnificado para el trasplante mecanizado de arroz semilla. El biofertilizante se aplicó a una dosis de 6 % en base a la masa de la semilla en cuatro cultivares de arroz (INCA LP-7, Roana, Guillemar y José). La siembra del mismo se realizó en bandejas plásticas (0,60 m x 0,30 m x 0,03 m), que contenían sustrato con relación 1:1 (v/v) materia orgánica de estiércol vacuno y suelo, siguiendo un diseño experimental en bloques completamente al azar, con cuatro repeticiones. Se evaluó la altura de las plantas, número de hojas, largo de la raíz, masa seca aérea y de la raíz a los 18 días después de la emergencia. Con la aplicación del biofertilizante EcoMic® en la etapa de semillero, se logró trasplantar plantas de arroz colonizadas por Hongos Micorrízicos Arbusculares (HMA), las cuales tienen un mayor desarrollo, en cuanto a la altura, el largo de la raíz, la masa seca aérea y de la raíz, respecto a las no tratadas. El componente genético tiene un efecto marcado en el crecimiento y el desarrollo de las plantas, aun cuando estas son colonizadas por los HMA. A partir de estos resultados se sugiere la aplicación del biofertilizante EcoMic®, como una alternativa nutricional en los semilleros para trasplante mecanizado de arroz.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The research was conducted at "Los Palacios" Scientific and Technological Base Unit, in February and March 2020, with the aim of evaluating the effect of EcoMic® biofertilizer application in a technified seedbed for mechanized transplanting of seed rice. The biofertilizer was applied at a dose of 6 % based on seed mass on four rice cultivars (INCA LP-7, Roana, Guillemar and José). Sowing was carried out in plastic trays (0.60 m x 0.30 m x 0.03 m), containing substrate with a 1:1 (v/v) ratio of cow manure organic matter and soil, following a completely randomized block experimental design, with four replications. Plant height, number of leaves, root length, aerial and root dry mass were evaluated 18 days after emergence. With the application of EcoMic® biofertilizer at the seedling stage, rice plants colonized by Arbuscular Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) were transplanted, which have a greater development in terms of height, root length, aerial and root dry mass, compared to untreated plants. The genetic component has a marked effect on plant growth and development, even when plants are colonized by AMF. Based on these results, the EcoMic® biofertilizer application is suggested as a nutritional alternative in seedbeds for mechanized rice transplanting.]]></p></abstract>
