<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1010-27522018000300004&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1010-27522018000300004&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1010-27522018000300004&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El objetivo del trabajo fue evaluar, en condiciones de campo, el comportamiento del cultivar Tomeguín 93 de frijol común (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) ante las enfermedades causadas por Fusarium solani f. sp. phaseoli [ Burkholder] Snyder &amp; Hansen) y Uromyces appendiculatus (Pers.), al ser tratado con SevetriC, producto cuyo producto activo es la cepa Ta. 13 de Trichoderma asperellum Samuels, Lieckfeldt &amp; Nirenberg. El trabajo se realizó en la Unidad Científica Tecnológica de Base &#8220;Los Palacios&#8221;, Pinar del Río, Cuba, durante la época poco lluviosa del año 2013. Se marcaron parcelas de 30 m2 y se sembraron tres réplicas con el cultivar con las variantes: control sin aplicación de fungicidas químicos, control con aplicación química, aplicación de SevetriC al suelo, al suelo y al tallo, y al suelo, al tallo y previo a la floración. Se evaluó la presencia de síntomas de las enfermedades y se determinó la incidencia y severidad en las plantas. También se determinó el número de legumbres, número de granos por legumbres y la masa de 100 granos. De manera general, las aplicaciones de SevetriC disminuyeron significativamente, la incidencia y severidad de las enfermedades evaluadas mostraron un elevado potencial para el control de las mismas. Las plantas tratadas con el producto biológico tuvieron un mayor número de legumbres con respecto al tratamiento sin aplicación y existieron correlaciones negativas entre el índice de ataque de U. appendiculatus con respecto a la masa de 100 granos.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The objective of the work was to evaluate the response of the variety Tomeguín 93 of common bean (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) to diseases caused by Fusarium solani f. sp. phaseoli [ Burkholder] Snyder &amp; Hansen) and Uromyces appendiculatus (Pers.) under field conditions when SevetriC, a product based on the strain Ta. 13 of Trichoderma asperellum Samuels, Lieckfeldt &amp; Nirenberg, was used. The work was carried out at the Technological Scientific Unit "Los Palacios", Pinar del Río, Cuba, during the dry season of 2013. Three replications of 30 m2 plots were planted with the following variants: control without application of chemicals fungicides, control with chemical application, application of SevetriC to the soil, to the soil and stem, and to the soil and stem prior to flowering. The presence of disease symptoms was evaluated, and the incidence and severity on the plants was determined. The number of legumes, number of grains per legume and the mass of 100 grains were also determined. In general, the applications of SevetriC significantly decreased the incidence and severity of the evaluated diseases and showed a high potential for their control. The plants treated with the biological product yielded a number of legumes higher than those plants without application, and there were negative correlations between the attack index of U. appendiculatus with respect to the mass of 100 grains.]]></p></abstract>
