Esto implica cambio en las tecnologías, estructura y personas; además, condiciona la necesidad de un proceso intenso de aprendizaje organizacional subsumido en la gestión de la innovación tecnológica. La experiencia internacional y la práctica empresarial, recientes, en investigaciones sobre innovación tecnológica, se han enfocado fundamentalmente al estudio de las dimensiones/factores que lo constituyen, con énfasis en los organizativos y socio-sicológicos. En el trabajo, se determinaron las dimensiones del aprendizaje organizacional en la Unión Eléctrica con el cuestionario Dimensiones en las Organizaciones que Aprenden, adecuado y validado el contexto cubano por Quesada et al. (2018); y adaptado por las autoras. Como resultado, se determinaron las brechas existentes y se proponen mejoras para elevar lacapacidad de autoaprendizaje y asimilar las nuevas tecnologías adquiridas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The Cuban Electric Corporation requires a change in the organizational paradigm to achieve a high penetration of renewable energy sources, based on the change of the energy paradigm in the country, in order to face 2030 Agenda. This implieschanges in technology, structure and people, moreover,its create the need for this organization to develop an intense process for the organizational learning; this process is subsumed in themanagement of technological innovation. The recently International experiences and business practices have focused mainly on the study of the dimensions/factors that constitute the organizational learning, with emphasis on organizational and socio-psychological factors. In the work, the dimensions of organizational learning in the Unión Eléctrica were determined with the Dimensions in Learning Organizations questionnaire, appropriate and validated in the Cuban context by Quesada et al. (2018); and adapted by the authors. As a result, the existing gaps were determined and it is proposed improvements to raise the capacity forself-learning and assimilating the new technologies acquired.]]></p></abstract>
