Por esta razón, se ha diseñado un sistema de bajo costo para la medición de parámetros asociados a calidad del aire, denominado HZS-GARP-AQ-03. El mismo se basa en hardware y software abierto, que combinados con sensores de bajo costo conforman un sistema de medición capaz de proveer información de valor para la toma de decisiones. En aras de asegurar la calidad mínima de la información obtenida, se han realizado experimentos de calibración, para la casi totalidad de los sensores integrados al sistema. El HZS-GARP-AQ-03, es un prototipo de concepto, con autonomía energética, que puede operar aislado o conectado a una plataforma de IoT, sus prestaciones han sido evaluadas a lo largo de varios meses en diferentes ubicaciones de la región central de Cuba.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract One of the most common challenges to sustainable development for underdeveloped countries is access to objective data on the possible impact of air pollution on human health and the climate. For this reason, a low-cost system has been designed for the measurement of variables associated with air quality, called HZS-GARP-AQ-03. It is based on open hardware and software, which, combined with low-cost sensors, make up a measurement system capable of providing valuable information for decision-making. To ensure the minimum quality of the information obtained, calibration experiments have been carried out for almost all of the sensors integrated into the system. The HZS-GARP-AQ-03 is a concept prototype, with energy autonomy, that can operate isolated or connected to an IoT platform, its performance has been evaluated over several months in different locations in the central region of Cuba.]]></p></abstract>
