Con el propósito de contribuir a su mejora y su incidencia en la intención de abandono laboral a partir del manejo de variables socio-psicológicas. En su construcción se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos; dentro de estos: escalas, análisis de correlación, entrevistas y observación directa; todos interrelacionadas, procediéndose a la triangulación de los resultados. Se ajustó, aplicó y validó la versión del instrumento que contiene las tres dimensiones (afectiva, continua y normativa) del compromiso organizacional, planteado por Meyer, Allen y Smith en 1993. El modelo conceptual se sustenta en la demostración de las variables que incluye los pilares de este constructo, así como los enfoques: prospectivo, estratégico y sistémico, donde se explican los componentes y las relaciones entre sus partes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This research presents a conceptual model of organizational commitment adapted to the Cuban context. This model contributing to improvement conceptual model and incidence in the turnover intention with socio-psychological variables. In its creation empirical and theoretical methods were used, among them scales, correlation analysis, interviews and direct observation are found, all of them interrelated, facilitating the triangulation results. The version of the instrument that contains the three dimensions (affective, continuous and normative) of the organizational commitment, proposed by Meyer, Allen and Smith in 1993, was validated and applied. The conceptual model is based on the demonstration of the variables included in the pillars of this construct, as well as the approaches: prospective, strategic and systemic, where the components and relationships between their parts are explained.]]></p></abstract>
