Para ello, se recurrió al empleo de métodos de trabajo en grupo, como la tormenta de ideas y al criterio de especialistas del área metalmecánica a fin de recopilar opiniones y sugerencias sobre el proceso. El empleo de expresiones físico-matemáticas para la determinación de las fuerzas axiales que actúan sobre los ejes, unido a la utilización de manuales, facilitó la identificación del tipo de rodamiento a utilizar, así como sus dimensiones. En este sentido, tras la aplicación de las pruebas técnicas, mecánicas y de calidad se confeccionó un informe con el desglose de las actividades del proceso productivo conocido como Tarea Técnica detallada, principal resultado de la investigación.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The present work has as objective to design to design the production process of the current bearing system of the arched bands truck of the 30-ton cage carriage for sugar cane. To do this, we resorted to the use of group work methods, such as: brainstorming and the criteria of specialists in the metalworking area, in order to gather opinions and suggestions on the process. The use of the manuals facilitated the identification of the type of bearing to use, as well as its dimensions. It also highlights the use of physical-mathematical expressions to determine the axial forces acting on the axes. In this sense, after the application of the technical, mechanical and quality tests, a report was prepared with the breakdown of the activities of the production process known as Detailed Technical Task, the main result of the investigation.]]></p></abstract>
