El método analítico, fue el camino a seguir en el desarrollo riguroso de abordaje del objeto de estudio; para lo cual se elaboraron matrices de análisis, que permitieron evidenciar la coherencia existente entre el perfil de formación ocupacional de FUNDES y el desempeño laboral y profesional de los egresados. Los procesos de apropiación social del conocimiento identificados como la elaboración de instrumentos y material de apoyo para las poblaciones objeto de estudio en su vida estudiantil por medio de la revisión documental de 140 trabajos de grado entre el período 2007- 2019. Así como la aplicación de 27 entrevistas semiestructurada a los egresados en su desarrollo laboral y profesional. La tarea de FUNDES es generar más espacios de investigación, desde la promoción y formulación de proyectos de investigación, partiendo de que la adquisición de conocimiento no sólo va en las diferentes formas que va a la comunidad, sino también de las prácticas de comunicación y trasferencia de conocimiento, manejada por comunidad científica.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The purpose of the research was to analyze the processes of social appropriation of the knowledge of the graduates of the Psychology program of FUNDES 2007-2019, in terms of its coherence with the occupational training profile offered by the program. The analytical method was the way forward in the rigorous development of approach to the object of study; for which analysis matrices were elaborated, which allowed to demonstrate the coherence between the profile of occupational training of FUNDES and the work and professional performance of the graduates. The processes of social appropriation of knowledge identified as the development of instruments and support material for the populations under study in their student life through the documentary review of 140 degree works between 2007-2019. As well as the application of 27 semi-structured interviews with graduates in their work and professional development. The task of FUNDES is to generate more research spaces, from the promotion and formulation of research projects, based on the acquisition of knowledge, not only in the different ways that go to the community but also in communication and transfer practices of knowledge, managed by scientific community.]]></p></abstract>
