Situación que contrasta con la desigualdad tecnológica y la falta de conocimiento tanto en habilidades para su uso como en el manejo apropiado de las mismas de docentes de ciertos centros sobre todo los rurales y los de menores recursos. Lo cual es la principal limitante de la implementación del e-learning. Por tanto, el objetivo del trabajo consiste en desarrollar una metodología basada en lógica difusa que permita evaluar los factores críticos de éxito en la capacitación de los profesores en el uso y explotación de las TICs. Con el uso de la lógica difusa se puede determinar el nivel de relación de estos factores de éxito de forma que se optimicen los recursos en función de adoptar estrategias de capacitación con los profesores en las instituciones menos avanzadas. Conociendo en factor de éxito de mayor nivel de influencia tanto individual como colectiva se podrán dedicar menos esfuerzos y recursos para la obtención de buenos resultados en este proceso y optimizar así los recursos que se poseen para la educación. Garantizando así la calidad del proceso educativo y las competencias de los docentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In distance education, feedback and student-teacher interactivity and mass participation is vital. Situation that contrasts with technological inequality and the lack of knowledge both in skills for their use and in the proper management of them by teachers in certain centers, especially rural ones and those with fewer resources. Which is the main limitation of the implementation of e-learning. Therefore, the objective of the work consists in developing a methodology based on fuzzy logic that allows evaluating the critical success factors in the training of teachers in the use and exploitation of ICTs. With the use of fuzzy logic, the level of relationship of these success factors can be determined in such a way that resources are optimized in terms of adopting training strategies with teachers in less advanced institutions. Knowing the success factor with a higher level of influence both individually and collectively, less effort and resources can be devoted to obtaining good results in this process and thus optimizing the resources available for education. Thus, guaranteeing the quality of the educational process and the skills of teachers.]]></p></abstract>
