Actualmente se espera ver a los &#8220;robots&#8221; desempeñar todo tipo de tareas domésticas, intelectuales y por qué no decirlo, también en el mundo del derecho interconectados e inteligentes sistemas. Existen grandes dilemas para la consolidación, calidad y cohesión de la aplicación de la inteligencia artificial. Es por ello que el derecho tendrá que ocuparse de esta tecnología disruptiva que revolucionará sin lugar a dudas la asistencia judicial. Hay además grandes interrogantes. Una regulación eficaz creará confianza en el uso de los dispositivos y aplicaciones, así como garantías éticas y jurídicas, lo cual es esencial para los ciudadanos y los proveedores de este servicio, instituciones y autoridades. Ahora bien, este trabajo pretende profundizar sobre el concepto de la inteligencia artificial; así como de analizar las limitaciones de la aplicación de la misma al derecho mediante el uso y el análisis PESTEL y Mapas Cognitivos Difusos (MCD). Los abogados en formación deberán prepararse para tareas más centradas en el análisis y la conceptualización de todo lo que pasa por las manos de la IA.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Today it is a reality that artificial intelligence will bring substantial changes in society. At present we hoped to see robots perform all types of housework, intellectuals and why not to say it, also in the world of the right interconnected and intelligent systems. Big dilemmas for consolidation, quality and cohesion of the application of artificial intelligence exist. You are for it that the right will have to take care of this disruptive technology that will revolutionize without any doubt the judicial assistance. There are other big questions. An efficacious regulation will create confidence in the use of the devices and applications, as well as ethical and juridical guaranties, which is essential for the citizens and the suppliers of this service, institutions and authorities. Now then, this work attempts to deepen on the concept of the artificial intelligence as well as of examining the limitations of the application of the same right side up intervening use and analysis of PESTEL and fuzzy cognitive maps. Trainee lawyers should be prepared for tasks more focused on the analysis and conceptualization of everything that passes through the hands of AI.]]></p></abstract>
