La formación de las nuevas generaciones es una labor en la que los docentes poseen una alta responsabilidad, por lo que las unidades educativas con carreras de Licenciatura en Educación, han de ser fieles observadores de la calidad del proceso formativo. La preparación cultural pedagógica que alcanzan los estudiantes de las carreras pedagógicas, es el reflejo de la calidad del proceso formativo y contribuye en gran medida al desarrollo de los modos de actuación. Los estudiantes de carreras de educación han de ser capaces de adquirir una cultura pedagógica que les permite afrontar cada una de las situaciones educativas que se presenten en su vida profesional, bridar atención y educación a los estudiantes, con énfasis en los de mayor necesidad educativa y lograr en ellos un buen desarrollo educativo en correspondencia con las necesidades sociales. La investigación realiza una valoración del nivel en la preparación cultural pedagógica alcanzado por estudiantes de Licenciatura en Educación y su estado de satisfacción en el proceso.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Education is a global right of all human beings, who in their development must acquire not only the necessary knowledge of the subject, career or work they perform, but the instructional process must be accompanied by the educational process. The training of the new generations is a task in which teachers have a high responsibility, so educational units with Bachelor's degrees in Education must be faithful observers of the quality of the training process. The pedagogical cultural preparation reached by students of pedagogical careers is a reflection of the quality of the training process and contributes greatly to the development of modes of action. Education career students must be able to acquire a pedagogical culture that allows them to face each of the educational situations that arise in their professional life, provide care and education to students, with emphasis on those with the greatest educational need and achieve in them a good educational development in correspondence with social needs. The research makes an assessment of the level of pedagogical cultural preparation reached by students of Bachelor of Education and their state of satisfaction in the process.]]></p></abstract>
