Es así que, el objetivo del presente artículo, fue determinar la influencia del Coaching con PNL en el Desarrollo de competencias específicas en mandos medios de una empresa del sector salud en la ciudad de Lima-Perú. La investigación tuvo un enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, corte transversal explicativo-causal. La muestra se recolectó mediante el muestreo probabilístico aleatorio simple, considerándose a 87 sujetos de estudio a quiénes se les aplicó el cuestionario constituido por preguntas dicotómicas para la variable Coaching con PNL y preguntas de escala tipo Likert para la variable Desarrollo de competencias específicas. La comparación de la significancia real encontrada con la significancia teórica planteada, se hizo a través de la tabla de rangos de interpretación de correlaciones de Hernández et al (2018); lo cual nos permitió comprobar y demostrar la incidencia directa de la variable independiente sobre la dependiente. Los resultados evidenciaron la significancia que existe en el proceso de Coaching con PNL en el Desarrollo de competencias específicas.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Managing and directing in competitive and changing scenarios requires not only people with technical knowledge, but also managers with an ambitious vision that guides their teams to discover the superior performance strategy. Thus, the objective of this article was to determine the influence of Coaching with NLP in the Development of specific skills in middle managers of a company in the health sector in the city of Lima-Peru. The research had a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, explanatory-causal cross section. The sample was collected through simple random probabilistic sampling, considering 87 study subjects who were given the questionnaire consisting of dichotomous questions for the Coaching with NLP variable and Likert-type scale questions for the Development of specific skills variable. The comparison of the real significance found with the proposed theoretical significance was made through the table of correlation interpretation ranges of Hernández, Fernández and Baptista (2018); which allowed us to verify and demonstrate the direct incidence of the independent variable on the dependent one. The results evidenced the significance that exists in the process of Coaching with NLP in the Development of specific skills.]]></p></abstract>
