El estudio se desarrolló desde el enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, de tipo básica y nivel correlacional. La población estuvo conformada por 2,430 estudiantes de la Facultad de Ingeniería de una Universidad Privada de Lima y la muestra fue de 186 estudiantes de los ciclos noveno y décimo seleccionados mediante un muestreo no probabilístico de tipo intencional. Se empleó la técnica de la encuesta y como instrumento se utilizaron dos cuestionarios para evaluar cada variable; estos fueron validados por juicio de expertos y su confiabilidad se precisó con el coeficiente Alfa de Cronbach. Los resultados indican que ambas variables se ubicaron en un nivel moderado por encima del 50%. Se concluye que, existe relación significativa directa moderada entre las competencias digitales y aprendizaje autónomo en estudiantes de una universidad privada de Lima, demostrada con el Rho de Spearman de 0.561 y el p-valor &lt; 0.005 &lt; 0.05, por lo cual, al aumentar las competencias digitales aumentará el aprendizaje autónomo en los estudiantes de una universidad privada de Lima.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the relationship between digital skills and autonomous learning in students of a private university in Lima. The study was developed from the quantitative approach, non-experimental design, basic type and correlational level. The population consisted of 2,430 students from the Faculty of Engineering of a Private University of Lima and the sample was 186 students from the ninth and tenth cycles selected by non-probabilistic sampling of an intentional type. The survey technique was used and as an instrument two questionnaires were used to evaluate each variable; these were validated by expert judgment and their reliability was specified with Cronbach's Alpha coefficient. The results indicate that both variables were located at a moderate level above 50%. It is concluded that there is a moderate direct significant relationship between digital skills and autonomous learning in students from a private university in Lima, demonstrated with Spearman's Rho of 0.561 and p-value &lt; 0.005 &lt; 0.05, therefore, by increasing the Digital skills will increase autonomous learning in students of a private university in Lima.]]></p></abstract>
