La ontología hermenéutica de Hans-Georg Gadamer puede ser especialmente relevante en este sentido, ya que se centra en la comprensión del lenguaje y la experiencia humana a través de la interpretación y el diálogo. Una de las maneras de lograrlo sería a través del análisis de las competencias educativas de los docentes. Estas competencias educativas pueden ayudar a los docentes a potenciar el uso pedagógico de la comprensión, el lenguaje y la primacía del oír y, de esa manera, fomentar el desarrollo de habilidades críticas y creativas en los estudiantes. El estudio realiza un análisis de las competencias docentes influenciadas por la ontología hermenéutica de Hans-Georg Gadamer, considerando el criterio de profesores y estudiantes. Para la determinación de los criterios se utilizó el modelo matemático Torgerson. Como técnica investigativa se utilizó la encuesta, mediante la cual se obtuvieron los resultados que se describen en el cuerpo de este artículo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Incorporating hermeneutical insights into pedagogy can be beneficial in fostering understanding and critical dialogue in the classroom. Hans-Georg Gadamer's hermeneutic ontology may be especially relevant in this regard, as it focuses on understanding language and human experience through interpretation and dialogue. One of the ways to achieve this would be through the analysis of the educational competencies of teachers. These educational competencies can help teachers to enhance the pedagogical use of comprehension, language and the primacy of hearing and, in this way, encourage the development of critical and creative skills in students. The study performs an analysis of teaching skills influenced by Hans-Georg Gadamer's hermeneutic ontology, considering the criteria of teachers and students. To determine the criteria, the Torgerson mathematical model was used. The survey was used as an investigative technique, through which the results described in the body of this article were obtained.]]></p></abstract>
