<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1990-86442024000200091&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1990-86442024000200091&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1990-86442024000200091&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En la presente investigación se realizó sistemáticamente respetando los procesos de diseño, validación y aplicación de instrumentos en siete etapas; la primera etapa es la elaboración preliminar de los instrumentos, la segunda etapa la validación de los instrumentos por siete jueces de expertos; la tercera etapa restructuración de los instrumentos con los aportes y observaciones adquiridos en la retroalimentación de los jueces de expertos; la cuarta etapa aplicación de los tres cuestionarios; de habilidades sociales, habilidades comunicativas y de convivencia escolar a la muestra piloto de docentes hospitalarios a nivel nacional e internacional y la quinta etapa la validación y confiabilidad científica estadística de los tres cuestionarios, la sexta etapa restructurar con los aportes científicos estadísticos y finalmente la séptima etapa aplicar los cuestionarios a la muestra real de la investigación a los 137 docentes hospitalarios.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In the present research it was carried out systematically respecting the processes of design, validation and application of instruments in seven stages; the first stage is the preliminary elaboration of the instruments, the second stage the validation of the instruments by seven expert judges; the third stage restructuring of the instruments with the contributions and observations acquired in the feedback of the expert judges; the fourth phase of implementation of the three questionnaires; of social skills, communication skills and school coexistence to the pilot sample of hospital teachers at national and international level and the fifth stage the validation and statistical scientific reliability of the three questionnaires, the sixth stage restructure with statistical scientific contributions and finally the seventh stage apply the questionnaires to the real sample of the research to the 137 hospital teachers.]]></p></abstract>
