<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1990-86442024000600009&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1990-86442024000600009&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1990-86442024000600009&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN La inclusión educativa busca garantizar que todas las personas tengan acceso a una educación de calidad independientemente de su procedencia, género, orientación sexual, edad o habilidades; para ello, es necesario que este proceso se realice respetando la identidad cultural de cada individuo a fin de promover una enseñanza culturalmente receptiva. El objetivo de este artículo consistió en realizar un mapeo sistemático de literatura científica publicada sobre este tema. Utilizando las cuatro fases del diagrama de flujo PRISMA: identificación, selección, elegibilidad e inclusión, se analizó 26 artículos indexados en las bases de datos de la Web of Science, Scopus y Scielo, tras una criba según criterios de inclusión y exclusión se consideró 18 artículos. Los estudios seleccionados evidencian una tendencia creciente en esta línea de investigación, a la vez dan cuenta de la importancia de fomentar un ambiente de enseñanza receptivo a la diversidad cultural donde todas las identidades y diferencias sean reconocidas y valoradas. La inclusión educativa intercultural se configura como un enfoque pedagógico que aborda de forma integral la diversidad cultural y lingüística, misma que caracteriza el entorno educativo. La literatura científica revela tendencias emergentes, destaca la diversidad de enfoques en la inclusión intercultural en el contexto de la práctica educativa, así como las áreas que requieren mayor atención y sugieren futuras líneas de investigación en inclusión educativa intercultural.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Educational inclusion seeks to ensure that all individuals have access to quality education regardless of their background, gender, sexual orientation, age, or abilities. To achieve this, it is necessary for this process to respect the cultural identity of each individual in order to promote culturally responsive teaching. The objective of this article was to conduct a systematic mapping of scientific literature published on this topic. Using the four phases of the PRISMA flow diagram: identification, selection, eligibility, and inclusion, 26 articles indexed in the Web of Science, Scopus, and Scielo databases were analyzed. After screening according to inclusion and exclusion criteria, 18 articles were considered. The selected studies show a growing trend in this line of research, while also highlighting the importance of promoting a teaching environment that is receptive to cultural diversity, where all identities and differences are recognized and valued. Intercultural educational inclusion is an educational approach that comprehensively addresses cultural and linguistic diversity, which characterizes the educational environment. Scientific literature reveals emerging trends, highlighting the diversity of approaches to intercultural inclusion in the educational practice context, as well as areas requiring greater attention and suggesting future research directions in intercultural educational inclusion.]]></p></abstract>
