Esta premisa es particularmente relevante en la formación de los futuros maestros, especialmente en los aspectos relativos a su motivación y vocación por el magisterio. Este artículo tiene como propósito presentar los principales resultados de un estudio exploratorio dirigido a la orientación de intereses profesionales pedagógicos desde el liderazgo distribuido, sustentado en un enfoque mixto en dos etapas. Los principales hallazgos señalan que el estado actual de los procesos estudiados dista del ideal, sin embargo, predomina una pobre interpretación de las causas y se evidenció que las propuestas de solución implementadas no han logrado los resultados previstos. Asimismo, se comprobó que las premisas exploradas apuntan hacia la necesidad de un cambio de modelo de orientación, la importancia de la distribución de la acción orientadora y la revalorización del papel del directivo escolar, por lo que se sugieren líneas para futuros estudios.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The education of new generations is a complex task, which transcends the instructive, scientific and technical aspects, as it requires achieving effective preparation to face the challenges of today's society. This premise is particularly relevant in the training of future teachers, especially in aspects related to their motivation and vocation for teaching. The purpose of this article is to present the main results of an exploratory study aimed at the orientation of professional pedagogical interests from distributed leadership, supported by a mixed approach in two stages. The main findings indicate that the current state of the processes studied is far from the ideal, however, a poor interpretation of the causes predominates and it was evident that the proposed solutions implemented have not achieved the expected results. Likewise, it was proven that the premises explored point towards the need for a change in the orientation model, the importance of the distribution of the orientation action and the revaluation of the role of the school director, so lines for future studies are suggested.]]></p></abstract>
