Para identificar los principales atributos de calidad del servicio de consultoría de sistemas normalizados de gestión se utilizan diferentes herramientas, tales como: discusiones de grupos focales con académicos y consultores, entrevistas y encuestas. Teniendo en cuenta los atributos definidos, se identifica la propuesta de valor para los clientes, se diseña el flujo del proceso del servicio de consultoría y se planifican las estrategias de marketing para los programas de posgrado.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to apply this method to the design of a new consulting service for standardized management systems, based on the knowledge and experience of professors from higher education institutions in Cuba and Colombia. To identify the main quality attributes for the standardized management systems consulting service, different tools are used, such as: focus group discussions with academics and consultants, interviews and surveys. Taking into account the defined attributes, the value proposition for clients is identified, the flow of the consulting service process is designed and marketing strategies for postgraduate programs are planned.]]></p></abstract>
