Este estudio se inicia con una revisión teórica sobre los conceptos centrales del networking; se empleó el método mixto al combinar análisis de documentos provenientes de estudios anteriores y fuentes oficiales de gobierno. Se concluye, que el uso del Social Networking es una herramienta eficaz como medio de comunicación organizacional en el proceso de Internacionalización de las Pymes. Esto conlleva a que las empresas tengan ventajas competitivas en el contexto globalizado por la utilización de redes sociales.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The objective of this research is to determine the benefits derived from the use of the "Social Network" tool or also known as social networks of the Internet. This study begins with a theoretical review about the central concepts of networking; the mixed methodology was used when combining analysis of documents from previous studies and official government sources. It is concluded that the use of Social Networking is an effective tool as a means of organizational communication in the process of the Internationalization of SMEs. This, leads to companies having competitive advantages in the globalized context through the use of social networks.]]></p></abstract>
