Los miembros de las organizaciones poseen conocimientos, habilidades y experiencias que resulta necesario explicitar, convertirlos en información y registrarlos en documentos. La presente investigación tiene como objetivo desarrollar una herramienta que apoye el proceso de identificación del conocimiento, en particular el que tributa al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos. A tal propósito, se plantea la adaptación de una herramienta de la dirección por objetivos y el control de gestión, la Matriz OVAR. Se desarrolla así, la Matriz KOVAR, capaz de identificar el conocimiento necesario para ejecutar las acciones que tributan al cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos de la organización.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The management of knowledge every day receives a greater manifest significance in its link to the development of processes and the fulfillment of the objectives of the company. Members of organizations have knowledge, skills and experiences that need to be explicit, converted into information and recorded in documents. The objective of this research is to develop a tool that supports the knowledge identification process, in particular, that which is paid to the fulfillment of the strategic objectives. For this purpose, the adaptation of a management tool by objectives and management control, the OVAR Matrix, is proposed. Thus, the KOVAR Matrix is developed, capable of identifying the knowledge, necessary to execute the actions that pay to the fulfillment of the strategic objectives of the organization.]]></p></abstract>
