The theoretical foundations of the research in the field of individual creativity are based on systematic, active, anthropological, personality-oriented approaches. This allowed us to develop the model for the organization of cadets&#8217; individual creativity in the educational process of a military academic institution based on project activities. The model is represented by three blocks: methodological, organizational, productive. Practical testing, implementation and validation of the model was carried out in the process of experimental training. The project management program was designed and implemented, the purpose of which was to develop student&#8217; individual creativity in extracurricular project activities. Students&#8217; individual creativity is considered as the intellectual and practical activities, aimed at creating new personally and socially significant values, where a student acts as a subject of creative development. Axiological, cognitive-creative, operational components are distinguished in the structure of individual creativity.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El estudio del aprendizaje basado en proyectos dirigido al desarrollo de la creatividad individual de los estudiantes se refleja en los trabajos de científicos rusos y extranjeros que discuten los detalles del proceso creativo, el proceso de individualización en la educación, los desafíos del proceso educativo; aprendizaje basado en proyectos como un medio para desarrollar la creatividad individual. Los fundamentos teóricos de la investigación en el campo de la creatividad individual se basan en enfoques sistemáticos, activos, antropológicos y orientados a la personalidad. Esto nos permitió desarrollar el modelo para la organización de la creatividad individual de los cadetes en el proceso educativo de una institución académica militar basada en las actividades del proyecto. El modelo está representado por tres bloques: metodológico, organizacional, productivo. Las pruebas prácticas, la implementación y la validación del modelo se llevaron a cabo en el proceso de capacitación experimental. El programa de gestión del proyecto fue diseñado e implementado, con el propósito de desarrollar la creatividad individual de los estudiantes en las actividades extracurriculares del proyecto. La creatividad individual de los estudiantes se considera como actividades intelectuales y prácticas, destinadas a crear nuevos valores personales y socialmente significativos, en los que un estudiante actúa como sujeto de desarrollo creativo. Los componentes operacionales, axiológicos, cognitivos y creativos se distinguen en la estructura de la creatividad individual.]]></p></abstract>
