El propósito de la siguiente investigación es establecer los desafíos del talento humano en tiempo de pandemia (COVID - 19). Para lo cual se realizó una investigación de alcance descriptivo. Dicho análisis se enfocó en identificar el estado actual y las tendencias de la gestión del talento. En este sentido, se pudo concluir que la Inteligencia Artificial utilizada mediante aplicaciones digitales de manera efectiva en los procesos de reclutamiento, selección de personal, evaluación desempeño, capacitación y programas de liderazgo genera en las organizaciones: reducción de costos, aumento de la productividad y velocidad de respuesta.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The management of human talent are vital processes for the growth and development of a corporation, people being the reason for being of an organization, their expertise and the decisions they make daily are those that generate a competitive advantage in the world of work. The purpose of the following research is to establish the challenges of human talent in time of pandemic (COVID- 19). For which a descriptive scope research was carried out. This analysis focused on identifying the current state and trends in talent management. In this sense, it could be concluded that the Artificial Intelligence used through digital applications effectively in the processes of recruitment, selection of personnel, recruitment, performance evaluation, training and programs: cost reduction, increased productivity and speed of response.]]></p></abstract>
