<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2218-36202022000300373&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2218-36202022000300373&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2218-36202022000300373&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[RESUMO No presente trabalho, foi aplicada uma metodologia por meio de procedimentos heurísticos para minimizar custos e prazos de investimento em uma refinaria de petróleo, devido à necessidade de reparo que se faz necessário no menor tempo possível, aspecto que não foi suficientemente tratado, no cenário cubano. indústria petrolífera e que leva à elaboração da metodologia desenvolvida neste trabalho onde os aspectos relacionados ao diagnóstico tecnológico dos equipamentos, vigilância e avaliação tecnológica para aquisição de novas tecnologias neste caso a torre de destilação atmosférica T-101, fornos F-101, F-102 e as bombas, além disso, analisa-se o comportamento da confiabilidade dentro do investimento como um dos aspectos mais significativos para a disponibilidade da usina e o impacto econômico do investimento que é fator transcendental para o desenvolvimento da empresa durante e após o investimento, o que nos dá uma medida da rentabilidade lidade das plantas. O cálculo do coeficiente de variação permitiu ordenar o processo de investimento de investimentos de menor risco de coeficiente de variação de 0,08 a 0,13.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En el presente trabajo se aplicó una metodología a través de procedimientos heurísticos para minimizar costos y plazos de inversión en un refinería de petróleo, debido a la necesidad de reparación que se necesita en el menor tiempo posible, aspecto que no ha sido suficientemente tratado, en la industria del petróleo cubana y que conduce a la elaboración de la metodología desarrollada en este trabajo donde se conjugan los aspectos relacionados con el diagnostico tecnológico de los equipos, la vigilancia y valoración tecnológica para la adquisición de las nuevas tecnologías en este caso la torre de destilación atmosférica T-101, hornos F-101, F-102, y las bombas, además se analiza el comportamiento de la fiabilidad dentro de la inversión como uno de los aspectos más significativos para la disponibilidad de la planta y el impacto económico de la inversión que es un factor trascendental para el desarrollo de la empresa durante y luego de la inversión, el cual nos da una medida de la rentabilidad de las plantas. El cálculo del coeficiente de Variación permitió ordenar el proceso inversionista a partir de inversiones de menor riesgo de coeficiente de variación desde 0.08 hasta 0.13.]]></p></abstract>
