<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2218-36202022000500020&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2218-36202022000500020&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2218-36202022000500020&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Los residuos agroforestales pueden ser una fuente de alimento muy aprovechable para el ganado monogástrico, no obstante, los mismos componentes de estos residuos y la presencia de ciertos metabolitos (flavonoides y polifenoles) pueden llegar a convertirse en factores antinutricionales (FAN) que impiden la correcta asimilación de los nutrientes por parte del ganado. Para encontrar los mejores parámetros para obtener la mayor reducción de estos FAN en la harina de follaje de Lupinus mutabilis Sweet mediante fermentación en estado sólido con las cepas Aspergillus niger J1 y Trichoderma viride M5-2, se realizaron dos experimentos a escala de laboratorio. Se utilizaron dos diseños completamente aleatorizados, con arreglos factoriales 22 y tres repeticiones. Los factores fueron pH y humedad para el primer experimento y temperatura y diámetro de partícula para el segundo. Como resultado se obtuvieron cambios en las propiedades físico-químicas de la harina estudiada, con notable disminución de la fibra, flavonoides y polifenoles, siendo mejores los obtenidos con A. niger J1 llegando a disminuir los polifenoles hasta un 87% y los flavonoides en un 63%.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Agroforestry residues can be a very usable feed source for monogastric cattle, however, the same components of these residues and the presence of certain metabolites (flavonoids and polyphenols) can become anti-nutritional factors (ANF) that prevent the correct assimilation of nutrients by cattle. To find the best parameters to obtain the greatest reduction of these ANF in Lupinus mutabilis Sweet foliage meal by solid-state fermentation with Aspergillus niger J1 and Trichoderma viride M5-2 strains, two laboratory-scale experiments were conducted. Two completely randomized designs were used, with 22 factorial arrangements and three replicates. The factors were pH and humidity for the first experiment and temperature and particle diameter for the second experiment. As a result, changes were obtained in the physicochemical properties of the flour studied, with a notable decrease in fiber, flavonoids and polyphenols, being better those obtained with A. niger J1, decreasing polyphenols up to 87% and flavonoids by 63%.]]></p></abstract>
