<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2224-61852019000200334&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2224-61852019000200334&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2224-61852019000200334&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En este trabajo se diseña e implementa un sistema SCADA con el software MOVICON 11.5, en el cual se integra, sincroniza y supervisa el funcionamiento de cinco líneas de desalinización de agua de mar mediante ósmosis inversa que trabajan en paralelo, con cuatro pozos costeros y dos bombas de relance final del agua permeada obtenida, como una única planta. Del estado del arte se obtuvieron algoritmos de sincronización que se adicionan al sistema SCADA mediante códigos script. El estudio de las características necesarias en los procesos logró evitar que se realizaran operaciones simultáneas que afectaban el desempeño de las líneas de ósmosis. Se garantizó la continuidad productiva en el proceso de desalinización mediante algoritmos añadidos al SCADA, que logran la sincronización entre los mencionados sub-procesos, en el sistema MOVICON 11.5. Se generan alarmas, se crean reportes, históricos y tendencias como base en la toma de decisiones sobre predicción de fallos, mantenimientos predictivos y de la solución de averías, permitiendo elevar la eficiencia en la gestión integrada del proceso. Se configura además la interfaz de la aplicación Androide disponible en el mencionado SCADA para la gestión remota.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT In this work, a SCADA system is designed and implemented with the MOVICON 11.5 software, in which the operation of five seawater desalination lines by reverse osmosis which work in parallel, with four coastal wells and two end-of line pumps of the permeated water obtained are integrated, synchronized and supervised as a single plant. Each desalination line has its own control system and can operate independently. From the state of the art synchronization algorithms were obtained that are added to the SCADA system through script codes. The study of the necessary characteristics in the processes managed avoid simultaneous operations that affected the performance of the osmosis lines. Productive continuity in the desalination process was guaranteed by means of algorithms added to the SCADA, which achieve synchronization between the mentioned sub-processes, in the MOVICON 11.5 system. Alarms are generated, reports, historical records and trends are created as a basis in the decision making on prediction of failures, predictive maintenance and troubleshooting, allowing to increase the efficiency in the integrated management of the process. It also configures the interface of the Android App available in the aforementioned SCADA for remote management.]]></p></abstract>
