<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2224-61852019000300564&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2224-61852019000300564&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2224-61852019000300564&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN Los hongos superiores del género Pleurotus, además de su demostrado potencial en alimentación humana, muestran importantes aplicaciones biotecnológicas: son productores de moléculas con propiedades farmacéuticas, reducen el nivel de los residuos lignocelulósicos de la naturaleza, contribuyendo a la restauración de ecosistemas del planeta y a la eliminación biológica de contaminantes. El sustrato remanente, obtenido del cultivo de las setas Pleurotus (SRS) conteniendo biomasa micelial, constituye buen alimento para animales y se emplea como abono para el cultivo de plantas. En este trabajo se presentan los resultados del uso del sustrato remanente del cultivo de Pleurotus sp. (SRS) sobre pulpa de café, en el proceso de aclimatación del plátano de la variedad Gran enano (Musa sp.). Se concluye que los dos abonos orgánicos: la combinación humus: SRS2 y el humus puro presentan las características fundamentales que se requieren para que un fertilizante orgánico se pueda utilizar en la adaptación de las vitro-plantas. Los resultados obtenidos revelan como la biotecnología de setas Pleurotus se involucra en potentes bioconversiones de materias renovables y tecnologías de procesamiento, pero principalmente en productos de alto valor agregado.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ ABSTRACT The Pleurotus mushrooms, in addition to their demonstrated potential in human nutrition, shows important biotechnological applications: they are producers of molecules with pharmaceutical properties, they reduce the level of lignocellulosic residues in nature, contributing to the restoration of the planet's ecosystems, and to the biological elimination of contaminants. The remaining substrate obtained in the cultivation of Pleurotus mushrooms over coffee pulp (SRS, in Spanish), whit micelial biomass, is a good foods for animals, as well as, fertilizers for the cultivation of plants. In this work, are presented the results obtained for use of remaining substrate (SRS) in the process of acclimation of the plantain of the Gran enano (Musa sp.). Finally, is demonstrated that these two organic fertilizers: the combination humus: SRS2 and humus pure, present the fundamental characteristics that are required for an organic fertilizer to be used in the adaptation of vitro-plants. The results reveal how Pleurotus mushroom biotechnology is involved in processing technologies and powerful bioconversions of renewable materials, but mainly in products with high added value.]]></p></abstract>
