Objetivo.  Estimular el sistema inmune en camarones Penaeus vannamei posterior al estrés térmico no letal (NLHS).  Materiales y métodos:  Dos condiciones NLHS (agudo y crónico) fueron desarrolladas. El reto agudo por 30 minutos y colecta de muestras en los tiempos (0,30min,3 ,6 y 12h). El reto crónico por 5 minutos durante siete días. Las muestras fueron colectadas en (0 y 7d) para evaluar respuesta inmunológica y resistencia frente a un estrés osmótico. Los camarones aclimatados a 28°C fueron considerado grupo control.  Resultados:  El análisis de ANOVA en el reto agudo determinó que la NLHS en P. vannamei en nuestras condiciones de cultivo es 37°C´. Un incremento (P&lt;0,05) de la enzima fenoloxidasa detectó el análisis de varianza ANOVA doble con interacción y HSD Tukey a las 6 y 12h posterior al NLHS (0,04593 y 0,05268 x 10-1 mg), cuando fueron comparados con 30min y el control (0,0003037 y 0,001217 x 10-1 mg). El NLHS crónico mostró una alta estimulación de la fenoloxidasa (P&lt;0,05) a los 7 días (4,233 ±10-1mg). Mientras en el control fue solo de 1.392 ±10-1mg, La supervivencia frente a un estrés osmótico a 0pmm mediante un test de student demostró una alta supervivencia 85% en el grupo NLHS (P&#706;0,05), al ser comparado con el control (20%).  Conclusiones:  Los resultados demuestran que a un NLHS de 37&#8304;C estimula el sistema inmune e incrementa la supervivencia frente a un reto de salinidad a 0ppm.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract  Background: Penaeus vannamei suffers a number of high-mortality diseases that cause enormous economic losses.  Aim.  To stimulate the immune system of Penaeus vannamei shrimps following non-lethal heat stress (NLHS).  Materials and methods:  Two NLHS conditions (acute and chronic NLHS) were developed. The acute challenge lasted 30 minutes, along which samples are collected at different intervals (0,30min, 3, 6, and 12 h). The chronic challenge lasted 5 minutes and took seven days. The samples were collected (0 and 7d) to evaluate the immunological response and osmotic stress resistance. The shrimp at 28 °C made the control group.  Results:  An acute challenge ANOVA showed that NLHS in culturing conditions P. vannamei was 37°C. The ANOVA (double) and HSD Tukey detected an increase (P&lt;0.05) in enzyme phenoloxidase at 6 and 12 h after NLHS (0.04593 and 0.05268 x 10-1 mg), when compared with 30 min and the control (0.0003037 and 0.001217 x 10-1 mg).
