</abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en">
Abstract Digital ethics in health is a topic of increasing relevance today, due to the growth of technology in the field of medicine. The advance of telemedicine, the massive collection of medical data and the use of artificial intelligence raise new ethical questions that must be addressed. The context in which this research is developed is the increase in the use of digital technologies in health, such as the use of mobile devices to monitor health, the use of online platforms for medical consultations and the analysis of large amounts of data to improve the quality of medical care. The question investigated in this study is: What are the ethical aspects that should be considered in the use of digital technologies in health? The gaps addressed by this research are the lack of information and awareness about the ethical implications of digital technologies in health. As these technologies become more common, it is essential to understand what the rights and responsibilities of patients and healthcare professionals are in this new context. The objective in this research was to identify the most relevant ethical aspects in the use of digital technologies in health. The main findings of this research indicated that topics such as data privacy and security, equity in access to technology, and ethical decision-making in medical practice are of vital importance in the context of digital ethics in healthcare health. It was found that there is a lack of clear policies and regulations addressing these issues, highlighting the need for a broader discussion on this topic. In conclusion, digital ethics in health is a developing field that raises important ethical questions. Privacy, equity, and ethical decision-making are critical aspects that must be addressed to ensure quality healthcare in the digital age. It is necessary to establish clear policies and regulations that protect patients' rights and promote strong ethics in the use of digital technologies in health.
</abstract>
