Contiene una amplia revisión bibliográfica de autores cubanos y extranjeros sobre el tema y se reflexiona sobre las particularidades que alcanza el estudio de la cultura en el contexto de las organizaciones laborales. Incluye un análisis de los principales debates contemporáneos, específicamente la ruta metodológica que alcanzan las investigaciones actuales, los principales paradigmas de análisis, así como el papel del liderazgo y su influencia en la cultura organizacional.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The article constitutes an approximation to the main theoretical and methodological discussions related to the complex field of organizational culture. It includes a wide bibliographic research of Cuban and foreign authors about the subject, and it reflects the particularities that range the study of the culture in the context of working organization. It is include the analysis of the main contemporary discussions, specifically the methodological rout of present researches, the main paradigms of analysis, and the role of the leadership and its influence on the organizational culture.]]></p></abstract>
