Para aplicar de manera segura fungicidas de origen natural como extractos hidroalcohólicos de Citrusspp. que presentan actividad antifúngica frente a hongos fitopatógenos del tomate, se hace necesario determinar el efecto de estos sobre los microorganismos del suelo. Los extractos se obtuvieron mediante extracción por ultrasonido y se realizó el análisis microbiológico del sustrato en estudio posterior a la aplicación de los mismos. Se evaluaron bacterias, hongos totales, actinomicetes, azotobacter y hongos celulolíticos. Los extractos no mostraron efectos negativos sobre la microbiota del suelo, por lo que pueden emplearse en el control agroecológico de enfermedades en el tomate.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The soil microbiota plays an important role in agricultural ecosystems, so it is essential to protect it. To safely apply fungicides of natural origin such as hydroalcoholic extracts of Citrus spp., that present antifungal activity against tomato phytopathogenic fungi, it is necessary to determine the effect of these on the soil microorganisms. The extracts were obtained by ultrasound extraction and the microbiological analysis of the substrate under study was carried out after their application. Bacteria, total fungi, actinomycetes, azotobacter and cellulolytic fungi were evaluated. The extracts did not show any negative effects on the soil microbiota, so they could be used in the agroecological control of tomato diseases.]]></p></abstract>
