<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S1010-27522019000100004&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S1010-27522019000100004&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S1010-27522019000100004&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivos establecer la compatibilidad, en condiciones de laboratorio, de Trichoderma asperellum Samuels et al. y Pseudomonas protegens Ramette et al., así como determinar la eficacia de los productos biológicos a base de T. asperellum (T) y P. protegens (P), en el control del Tizón temprano de la papa. El estudio se efectuó durante dos campañas, en condiciones de campo y utilizando un diseño de bloques no aleatorizados en parcelas de 27 m2. Se determinó la compatibilidad de los productos biológicos en condiciones de laboratorio. En campo, en la primera campaña se utilizaron 11 tratamientos y se seleccionaron los mejores para aplicar en la siguiente campaña. En los tratamientos al suelo, las aplicaciones se efectuaron 10 días antes de la plantación, a razón de 8 L de una suspensión de conidios de T. asperellum cepa Ta. 85 a una concentración de 7x107.ml-1 UFC. La aplicación al follaje en la primera campaña se realizó al observar los primeros síntomas de la enfermedad, a una dosis de 8 L por tratamiento de los biofungicidas antes mencionados (T y P), a una concentración de 7x107 UFC.ml-1 y de 108 UFC.ml-1, respectivamente. Durante la segunda campaña se realizaron dos aplicaciones foliares, la primera al detectar los primeros síntomas de la enfermedad y la segunda 15 días posteriores a la primera aplicación. Hubo compatibilidad entre los dos productos biológicos, lo que evidencia que pueden aplicarse conjuntamente en el control biológico del tizón temprano en condiciones de campo. Los tratamientos con T. asperellum al suelo más tubérculo más la combinación de T. asperellum y P. protegens con doble aplicaciones al follaje y T. asperellum al suelo más tubérculo más doble aplicación de P. protegens al follaje fueron significativamente efectivos en la disminución de la enfermedad, respecto al control, destacándose este último tratamiento. Los resultados evidencian que estos productos pudieran ser promisorios para el control biológico de este patógeno en el cultivo de la papa en condiciones de campo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The objectives of the work were I) to establish the compatibility between Trichoderma asperellum Samuels et al. and Pseudomonas protegens Ramette et al. under laboratory conditions and II) to determine the efficacy of the biological products based on both organisms in controlling early blight. For the study in the field during two campaigns, plots of 27 m2 were used in a non-randomized block design. Compatibility of both products was determined in the laboratory. In the field, eleven treatments were used in the first campaign, and the best ones were selected for being applied in the next campaign. In the treatments to the soil, a conidial suspension of T. asperellum strain Ta. 85 at a concentration of 7x107 CFU were applied to the soil at a rate of 8 L per treatment. In the first campaign, once the symptoms of the disease were detected, the aforementioned biofungicides, at the respective concentration of 7x107 CFU.ml-1 and 108 CFU.ml-1, were applied to the foliage at a rate of 8 L per treatment. In the second campaign, the biofungicides were applied to the foliage when the symptoms were detected and 15 days later. There was compatibility between the biological products, indicating that both can be applied together in the biological control of early blight. The treatments with T. asperellum to the soil plus the tubers plus the combination of T. asperellum and P. protegens with double applications to the foliage and T. asperellum to the soil plus the tuber plus double application of Pseudomonas to the foliage were significantly effective in reducing the disease, respecting to the control, where the latter treatment stood out. These results suggest that these products could be promising for the biological control of this pathogen in the potato crop under field conditions.]]></p></abstract>
