Se utilizan métodos de investigación como el análisis-síntesis, inductivo-deductivo, encuesta, entrevista y observación científica. La novedad del resultado se proyecta en el abordaje para las exigencias actuales en la formación integral de los profesionales como una vía para lograr un mayor nivel de idoneidad en su desempeño investigativo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[Abstract The systematization carried out on the theoretical bases of innovation and scientific research in training a comprehensive professional demonstrated that innovation and research of university professionals constitute a series of current and necessary pedagogical knowledge for the direction of the research work to provide practical actions. In this paper were applied methods like analysis-synthesis, induction-deduction, survey, interview, and scientific observation. The novelty of the result is certified in the approach to the current demands in the comprehensive training of professionals to achieve a higher level of suitability in their research performance.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="pt"><p><![CDATA[Resumo A partir de uma sistematização realizada sobre as bases teóricas da inovação e pesquisa científica na formação de um profissional integral, reflete-se que a inovação e pesquisa de profissionais universitários constitui um manancial de conhecimento pedagógico atual e necessário para a direção do trabalho científico-investigativo para contribuir com ações práticas. A novidade do resultado projeta-se na abordagem das demandas atuais na formação integral dos profissionais como forma de alcançar um maior nível de adequação em sua atuação investigativa.]]></p></abstract>
