Basado en un enfoque de optimización combinatoria y usando el Método de Búsqueda Exhaustiva, queda descrito un procedimiento matemático para obtener los parámetros de configuración del estimador lineal UPD con deriva, tal que se obtengan los modelos con menor promedio de los errores de estimación. Los resultados conceptuales y algorítmicos descritos se han aplicado a la región Playa La Vaca de Moa, Holguín, para obtener información satisfactoria sobre su potencial eolo-energético; estos resultados fueron comparados con los obtenidos para esos datos mediante la aplicación informática WAsP y ambos pueden considerase semejantes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT From a set of numerical measurements of the speed V and the direction E of the wind, the basic definitions were established to obtain the wind energy model in a promising geographic region using the estimators (A,U,&#920;) on the parameters K abd C of a Weibull Distribution. Based on a combinatorial optimization approach and using the Exhaustive Search Method, a mathematical procedure is determined to obtain the configuration parameters of the UPD linear estimator with drift, such that the models with the lowest average of the estimation errors are obtained. The conceptual and algorithmic results described have been applied to the Playa La Vaca de Moa region, Holguín, to obtain satisfactory information on its eolo-energy potential; These results were compared with those obtained for these data using the WAsP computer application and both can be considered similar.]]></p></abstract>
