La influencia de estos factores por encima de niveles aceptables indicaría la presencia de alguna situación que precise tomar decisiones. Por lo cual, se propone una expresión matemática para determinar el nivel de utilización límite de los vehículos de transporte de carga por carretera, a partir del equilibrio entre el beneficio por trabajar y las afectaciones económicas que se producen por no trabajar. Se obtuvo una relación sencilla, de fácil uso por los operadores de flota. Se constató la aplicabilidad de la expresión a partir de su empleo en una empresa cubana. Se demostró la concordancia entre los resultados obtenidos a través de la expresión propuesta y la evaluación del equilibrio económico real con un nivel de acuerdo casi perfecto.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The exploitation use of vehicles is influenced by several factors implying down time days, which affects the economic results of fleet operation. If these factors grow beyond acceptable levels, it shows a situation required of decision-making. That is the reason for a mathematical expression to determine the limiting exploitation value of freight motor vehicles, based on a balance between working benefits and down time economic effects. The relation obtained is simple and easy to use by freight fleets operators. The applicability was confirmed by its use in a Cuban company. The concordance between the applied model and the actual economic evaluation is almost perfect.]]></p></abstract>
