The study sample size consists of 461 people defined by stratified sampling among the Agricultural Jihad Organization staff and managers. A three section questionnaire designed based on the existing literature components titled for management decision making styles, organizational structure and succession planning based on Likert scale. After distribution and collection of the questionnaires structural equation modelling used to analyze. The measurement run in two parts. First to confirm the accuracy of data and sampling; KMO method and Bartlett&#8217;s test of sphericity conducted. Content and construct validity measured through appropriate methods. Second to evaluate the relation between the variables and to confirm the study hypotheses, path coefficient was applied. The results revealed meaningful positive relations between each decision making styles and organizational structure which became stronger and more effective when a strategic succession planning in action mediates their relation confirming the assumption that operating the succession planning can toughen the relation in Agricultural Jihad organization.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN El objetivo principal de esta investigación fue buscar si la operación de planificación de la sucesión vincularía la probable relación entre los estilos de toma de decisiones de gestión y la estructura organizativa en la Organización de la Jihad Agrícola de la provincia de Kerman como una de las organizaciones públicas estratégicas del país. El tamaño de la muestra del estudio consiste en 461 personas definidas por muestreo estratificado entre el personal y los gerentes de la Organización Agrícola Jihad. Un cuestionario de tres secciones diseñado en base a los componentes de literatura existentes titulados para los estilos de toma de decisiones de gestión, la estructura organizacional y la planificación de la sucesión basada en la escala Likert. Después de la distribución y recopilación de los cuestionarios, se utilizó el análisis de ecuaciones estructurales. La medición se realiza en dos partes. Primero para confirmar la precisión de los datos y el muestreo; Se realizó el método KMO y la prueba de esfericidad de Bartlett. Validez de contenido y construcción medida a través de métodos apropiados. En segundo lugar, para evaluar la relación entre las variables y para confirmar las hipótesis de estudio, se aplicó el coeficiente de trayectoria. Los resultados revelaron relaciones positivas significativas entre cada estilo de toma de decisiones y estructura organizativa que se hicieron más fuertes y más efectivas cuando una planificación de sucesión estratégica en acción media su relación confirmando el supuesto de que operar la planificación de sucesión puede endurecer la relación en la organización de la Jihad Agrícola.]]></p></abstract>
