Esto requiere ofrecer al estudiantado las herramientas y oportunidades que les permitan desarrollar las competencias digitales y profesionales necesarias para desenvolverse eficazmente en esta era digital. Como respuesta a este desafío, se desarrolló una investigación mediante una experiencia de enseñanza-aprendizaje implementado bajo el método ECO (Explora-Crea-Ofrece), el cual se enmarca en un proyecto competitivo de innovación docente. Participaron 71 alumnos, es de diseño mixto cuantitativo-cualitativo y responde a tres objetivos: describir la experiencia de enseñanza-aprendizaje con foco en los nuevos entornos de aprendizaje; conocer la percepción de los estudiantes sobre la mejora de su competencia profesional y digital; y evaluar la satisfacción de los estudiantes con su propia experiencia. Los resultados muestran que el método ECO promovió el desarrollo de habilidades profesionales y digitales para trabajar en nuevos entornos de aprendizaje, favoreciendo una elevada satisfacción entre los estudiantes y una alta percepción de mejora de habilidades.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT The world of education, and specifically teacher training, currently faces the challenge of adapting to new contexts and learning environments. This requires offering students the tools and opportunities that allow them to develop the digital and professional skills necessary to function effectively in this digital age. In response to this challenge, research was developed through a teaching-learning experience implemented under the ECO method (Explore-Create-Offer), which is part of a competitive teaching innovation project. 71 students participated, it is of mixed quantitative-qualitative design and responds to three objectives: to describe the teaching-learning experience with a focus on new learning environments; know the perception of students about the improvement of their professional and digital competence; and assess student satisfaction with their own experience. The results show that the ECO method promoted the development of professional and digital skills to work in new learning environments, favoring high satisfaction among students and a high perception of skill improvement.]]></p></abstract>
