Conocer las alternativas no farmacológicas en el tratamiento de estos enfermos resulta imprescindible en su evaluación integral, y es la segunda opción terapéutica en este grupo de enfermos cada vez más prevalentes.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Therapeutic options are limited for patients with advanced heart failure who become refractory to conventional drug therapies. Knowing the non-pharmacological alternatives in the management of these patients is essential in their comprehensive evaluation, and it is the second therapeutic option in this group of increasingly prevalent patients.]]></p></abstract>
