Las Escuelas de Educación, son responsables de formar docentes que respondan a las demandas del ambiente externo; con plena conciencia de que su conocimiento, competencias y valores son una fuerza transformadora que posibilita la movilidad, la contribución social, la calidad de vida y el beneficio compartido. Esta investigación cualitativa, mediante el análisis documental y entrevistas en profundidad, responde las interrogantes sobre qué elementos debe contener un marco conceptual para servir de guía y plataforma para el desarrollo de un proceso educativo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Education is the vehicle to channel evolution and social progress. The Schools of Education are responsible for training teachers who respond to the demands of the external environment, with full awareness that their knowledge, competencies and values are a transforming force that enables mobility, social contribution, quality of life and shared benefit. This qualitative research, through documentary analysis and in-depth interviews, answers the questions about what elements should contain a framework that should serve as a guide and platform for the development of an educational process.]]></p></abstract>
