<self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_arttext&amp;pid=S2218-36202021000400505&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_abstract&amp;pid=S2218-36202021000400505&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><self-uri xlink:href="http://scielo.sld.cu/scielo.php?script=sci_pdf&amp;pid=S2218-36202021000400505&amp;lng=en&amp;nrm=iso"></self-uri><abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="es"><p><![CDATA[RESUMEN En el presente trabajo se presenta una amplia búsqueda bibliográfica sobre el estado actual de los sistemas de gestión energética en fábricas de ron y bebidas, de las fortalezas de la norma ISO 50001 para su implementación en estas industrias y de las normas internacionales sobre gestión de la energía, el mismo se realizó con el objetivo de establecer las bases para la implementación de un sistema de gestión energética en la Unidad Económica Básica (UEB) ron &#8220;Luis Arcos Bergnes&#8221; de Cienfuegos, a partir de la metodología de la etapa de planificación energética de la NC-ISO 50001:2019 Se hizo una caracterización energética de la UEB ron de Cienfuegos mediante el análisis del consumo de los principales portadores energéticos de la entidad, del consumo de energía en función de la producción, de las líneas base de los años 2017-2018, de la variación del índice de consumo y del comportamiento del consumo de los portadores energéticos. Finalmente se determinaron los equipos y las áreas más consumidoras de energía y se propuso un proyecto de mejoras con el fin de incrementar la eficiencia energética del proceso de fabricación de ron.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT This paper presents an bibliographic search on the current state of energy management systems in rum and beverage factories, the strengths of the ISO 50001 standard for its implementation in these industries and international standards on energy management, it was carried out with the objective of establishing the bases for the implementation of an energy management system in the Basic Economic Unit (UEB) ron "Luis Arcos Bergnes" of Cienfuegos, based on the methodology of the energy planning stage of NC-ISO 50001: 2019. An energy characterization of the UEB rum de Cienfuegos was made by analyzing the consumption of the main energy carriers of the entity, energy consumption based on production, the baselines of the years 2017-2018, the variation of the consumption index and consumption behavior of energy carriers. Finally, the equipment and the most energy-consuming areas were determined and an improvement project was proposed in order to increase the energy efficiency of the rum manufacturing process.]]></p></abstract>
