En este trabajo se diseñó e implementó un sistema de inferencia borroso para la evaluación de los indicadores claves de rendimiento con el objetivo de tomar en cuenta aspectos subjetivos y objetivos que caracterizan el desempeño de los procesos en las organizaciones. Se tomaron como términos el porciento de cumplimiento y el período de evaluación de cada indicador debido a que se encuentran estrechamente relacionados. Los resultados obtenidos demuestran que con este sistema de inferencia borroso se obtienen evaluaciones más flexibles y cercanas a la realidad, brindando a los decisores información más confiable respecto a sus organizaciones. Este modelo será incorporado al producto de software BIMAS.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT BIMAS is a computer solution for performance management and businesses intelligence, developed and marketed by the DESOFT Cuban company, where key performance indicators are evaluated in a rigid way through ranges defined by users. In this work, a fuzzy inference system for evaluation of key performance indicators, with the aim of taking into account subjective and objective aspects that characterize the performance of processes in organizations, was designed and implemented. It was taken as terms, the execution percent and the evaluation period of each indicator because they are closely related. The obtained results demonstrate that with this fuzzy inference system, more flexible and nearer to reality evaluations are obtained, giving to decision makers more reliable information regarding their organizations. This model will be incorporated to BIMAS software product.]]></p></abstract>
