The Electronics, Automation and Telecommunications Engineering Journal, published by the Ministry of Higher Education and edited by the 'José Antonio Echeverría' Technological University of Havana (CUJAE) is a 4-monthly peer-reviewed scientific journal (January-April) (May-August ) (September-December) published since 1980. It is registered in the National Register of Serials (RNPS 2062) with ISSN 1815 - 5928 and it is published with the aforementioned frequency in pdf format. It also provides free and immediate access to its content. It was published in print until 2007 with (PSNR 0103) ISSN 0258-5944.

Topics and Scope of the Journal
Among the topics included in the Electronics, Automation and Telecommunications Engineering Journal are: computer systems and industrial process control systems, telematics, bioengineering, equipment design, analog and digital electronic systems, design and manufacturing of microelectronic and nanoelectronic devices. It comprises research in the field of holography and lasers, as well specific contributions on the design of electronic measuring systems and telemechanic systems. Besides, the journal covers topics on networking, telecommunication channels and means and systems for transmitting information/ data transmission and computer systems. It also includes technical notes and summaries.

Mission/Task
Publishing of research and projects; and teaching, scientific and technical experiences concerning Electronics, Automation and Telecommunications Engineering nation and worldwide. This way, the journal contributes to updating and feedback to professionals and students, as well as discussion and scientific exchange.

Objectives
1. To publish original research papers on various topics concerning Electronics, Automation and Telecommunications Engineering to contribute which contribute to research and teaching improvement.
2. To contribute to communication between professionals in the fields of Electronic, Automation and Telecommunications Engineering worldwide.

Its abbreviated title is RIELAC, and it should be used in bibliographies, footnotes, references and bibliographic strips.
