The journal of Ingeniería Mecánica, published by the Ministry of Higher Education-MES and the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of Instituto Superior Politécnico José Antonio Echeverría-Cujae, is a peer-reviewed journal with a periodicity of four annual numbers periodical. Its being published since 1998 and with the collaboration of Cuba´s mechanical engineering faculties and provides immediate open access to its content. The journal is registered on the National Register of Serials (RNPS 2065) with ISSN 1815-5944. Mechanical engineers, researchers, teachers and professionals in general working inany branch of mechanical engineering or in any science or related technology constitute the universe of readers and contributors to the magazine. The journal accepts for publication original research in theoretical or technological fields such as: biomechanics, mechanical design, computer applications to mechanical engineering, maintenance of machines and plants, metallurgy and materials, finite element modelling, graphical modelling and tools, obtaining and use of energy, metal-mechanical production, transportation, university education at undergraduate and graduate levels, standardization, technical evaluation-economics, the environment. mechatronic and robotic. Vision: Objective: Disseminate knowledge through original research papers on various topics of mechanical engineering to contribute to improving research, and teaching capacities. |
