Systematization of different stages, mainly the ones after the triumph of the Cuban Revolution, passed through by organization of work in Cuba, allows different stances on implementing a Budgetary Control System and performing Economic Calculations in Cuba, as well as other experiences thereof and patronage systems, to be examined. Finally, some ideas of organization of work in today's situation are given.
